Rock Steady Boxing

Improves the ability of those with Parkinson’s to live independent lives through a non-contact boxing-based fitness curriculum.

Rock Steady Boxing is a unique program designed for individuals with Parkinson’s disease and utilizes a non-contact boxing-based fitness curriculum effective for improving the ability of those with Parkinson’s to live independent lives. Classes are only available to those persons diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, or atypical forms of Parkinson’s including Corticobasilar Ganglionic Degeneration (CBD), Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP), Dementia with Lewy Bodies (DLB), and Multiple Systems Atrophy (MSA). Each class is different and fun as our coaches come from all backgrounds. Our coaches are nationally certified personal trainers and wellness professionals.
